Here is a well loved vintage medal of Our Lady of Lourdes from France.  Lourdes is a very holy place and visited by millions of pilgrims yearly to receive the special healing graces that come from this site where The Blessed Mother appeared to St. Bernadette in 1858.  On the back of the medal is the Grotto where St. Bernadette kneels before The Blessed Mother Mary.
