A favorite medal of many people, this is St. Benedict of Nursia.  He is the patron saint of Europe and is said to keep the evil spirits away.  On the back is the cross of St. Benedict which includes many letters CSPB for "Cruz Sancti Patris Benedicti" the Cross of Our Holy Father Benedict.  Also includes "Begone Satan!" and other Latin initials representing prayers for divine assistance.  Anyone would love this bracelet!
