This well loved medal is from Italy and features St. Raphael the Archangel on the front ,meaning "God Heals". He is the patron saint of travelers, the blind and those with bodily ills. He is one of the three archangels mentioned by name in the Bible appearing in Tobit.  His Feast Day is September 29th.  On the back is St. Martin of Porres, a Peruvian Saint, and the patron saint of social justice, racial harmony.  His Feast Day is November 3rd.
