This is a beautiful medal of Our Lady of Loreto, patron saint of aviation, air travelers, and housekeepers.  This medal commemorates the 4th Centenary of the Translation House of Our Lady of Loreto.  The words are in German which translated mean Most Holy Virgin.  This is a rare find indeed.
