This is a beautiful deeply embossed silver plate medal of Our Lady of Lourdes in the Grotto with St. Bernadette kneeling before her in prayer.  In the back is  one of the many churches dedicated to Our Lady in Lourdes.  On the back of the medal is a beautiful inscription N.
