This is a real beauty!  This lovely blue enameled medal looks stunning on the grass green turquoise beads and features Our Lady of Lourdes from France.  Our Lady of Lourdes is associated with healing graces which she imparts by prayer, pilgrimage and devotion through the waters in Lourdes, France.  This medal was either gifted from a pilgrim to another who needed healing or kept as a personal memento of the religious experience there.  On the back is St. Bernadette kneeling before the Blessed Mother at the Grotto in Lourdes.
