This is a lovely combination of a beautiful openwork cross and a second medal of the Infant of Prague from Tongeren, the oldest city in Belgium.  The Infant of Prague devotion has Spanish origins depicting the Child Jesus holding a globe with a cross.  It was taken to Prague by a Spanish noblewoman and given as a wedding gift.  It has many miracles reported from it.  The Infant of Prague is considered a patron saint of children, education, health, and financial matters.
