This stunning signed medal is rare and very special.  Here is an image of Mary, Notre Dame de Saint Jean Poperinge which refers to a certain image of the Blessed Mother that is revered in Poperinge, Belgium.   The wording on the back is in Dutch and has something to do with the month of May, which is traditionally a Marian month.  Also seen on the back the year 1909.
