This is a rare find.  This lovely vintage sterling silver medal of Our Lady of Loreto depicts the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child on top of the Holy House of Loreto, which is being carried by angels.  Our Lady of Loreto is the patron saint of aviators, air travelers, and pilots.  

This devotion to Our Lady is based on the tradition that angels miraculously transported the house where the Annunciation occurred from Nazareth to Loreto, Italy.

Many chapels in airports are named after Her.  Our Lady of Loreto, Pray for Us.
